- Responsible for creation, maintaining, and dissemination of the:
- Standards for cargo processing and the EDI (electronic data interchange) messages and CCS (Cargo Community Systems).
- Cargo Interchange Message Procedures Manual.
- Cargo Services Conference Resolutions Manual
Responsible for the organization and running of the annual Cargo Services Conference and related commercial events—symposiums and exhibitons.
- Responsible for the development and adoption of Resolution 606, the air cargo bar coded label. Ted worked with delegates from more than 50 leading airlines worldwide to develop this standard.
- Technical liaison to Cargo2000 and its predecessor, CARGO MEDIA (the IATA interest group of top airlines and global logistics companies committed to the consistent implementation of cargo EDI standards and performance measurements worldwide).
Country Manager for Atraxis Cargo Solutions North America (former Swissair IT company)
- Developed business from zero customers to 5 major accounts and over 2 million dollars in revenue in under two years.
- Specialist and consultant on major airline cargo IT projects worldwide. Delivered requirements baseline analysis for cargo systems.

- Represented Unitpool’s marketing and sales activities in North America. Pioneered concept of airline ULD (unit load devices) container and pallet pooling
Co-Founded FreightPath® LLC, in 2004.
